破損および問題
注文の受領時に商品を確認し、商品に欠陥がある場合や破損している場合、または間違った商品をお受け取りになった場合は早急にご連絡ください。問題を評価して適切に対処いたします。
例外/返品不可商品
生鮮品 (食品、生花、植物など)、カスタマイズ品 (特別な注文、パーソナライズされている商品など)、衛生日用品 (美容用品など) など、特定の種類の商品は返品できません。危険物質、引火性の液体やガスの返品も受け付けていません。特定の商品についてご不明な点がありましたら、お問い合わせください。
申し訳ございませんが、セール商品やギフトカードの返品は受け付けることができません。

欧州連合の14日間のクーリングオフ期間

We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned prior to your return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if they are faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (e.g. food, fresh flowers, plants), customized items (e.g. special orders, personalized items), and hygiene items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately after your return has been accepted.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without showing a valid reason. As above, but the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and pay you.
