本物保証について

GOGOブランド（株式会社GO GO BRAND）で販売している商品は、すべて当店の鑑定士が真贋を確認した正規ブランド品です。模造品・レプリカ・コピー品は一切取り扱っておりません。

1. どこから仕入れているか

  • 兵庫県尼崎市・阪急武庫之荘駅前の実店舗（2010年開業）で、お客様から直接お買取りしたお品
  • 上場企業などが運営する、古物商許可を持つ事業者だけが参加できる業者向けオークション（ブランド品の専門市場）で落札したお品

どの仕入れ先のお品も、仕入れの記録（買取台帳・オークションの精算書）を古物営業法にもとづいて保管しています。

2. 鑑定の流れ

  1. 仕入れ先の市場での真贋チェック（業者オークションは主催者の鑑定を通過したお品のみ出品されます）
  2. 当店の鑑定士による再チェック（刻印・シリアル・縫製・金具・素材・付属品などを確認）
  3. 状態ランクの判定と、傷や汚れの位置がわかる写真の撮影

少しでも疑わしい点があるお品は販売しません。

3. 万が一のときの全額返金

万が一、当店でお買い上げの商品が本物でなかった場合は、ご購入日から90日以内にご連絡ください。送料当店負担で返品をお受けし、代金を全額返金いたします。

4. 状態の表示

当店は正規販売店ではなく、新品・未使用品・中古品を扱うリユースショップです。商品ページには「新品未使用」「新古品未使用」「中古S〜Cランク」などの当店基準の状態ランクと、実物の写真を掲載しています。

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold by GOGO BRAND (GO GO BRAND Co., Ltd.) is a genuine brand product that has been checked by our in-house authenticators. We never sell counterfeits, replicas or copies.

1. Where our items come from

  • Items bought directly from customers at our physical store in Mukonoso, Amagasaki, Hyogo, Japan (open since 2010)
  • Items purchased at trade-only luxury auctions operated by established companies, including publicly listed companies, where only licensed second-hand dealers can bid

We keep purchase records (buying ledgers and auction statements) for every item, as required by Japan's Secondhand Articles Dealer Act.

2. Our authentication process

  1. Authentication at the source (trade auctions only list items that passed the organizer's inspection)
  2. A second inspection by our own authenticators (stamps, serial numbers, stitching, hardware, materials and accessories)
  3. Condition grading and detailed photos showing any wear

If anything looks doubtful, we do not sell the item.

3. Full refund guarantee

If an item you bought from us is ever found not to be genuine, contact us within 90 days of purchase. We will accept the return at our expense and refund the full amount.

4. Condition

We are an independent reseller, not an authorized retailer of the brands we sell. We sell new, unused and pre-owned items, and every listing shows our condition grade (New, Unused, Pre-owned S to C) and photos of the actual item.
